What a heartfelt wedding with two incredible individuals, surrounded by so many friends and family to witnss their becoming man and wife. So many beautiful moments, many tears all round, many many hugs, extra large bouts of belly-laughs, and some serious shock-horror (gasp!!) moments during the wildly entertaining speeches. Food for miles, hearty, gorgeous platters of all shapes and sizes on beautifully rustic trestle tables - the feeling was of the ultimate feast, with goblets of the bride and groom's favourite wine and pints of pure awesomeness - Mitchells 99 Shilling is my absolute fave!

Jovial happy faces and colourful guests. And everyone was in for an absolute treat: Awesome music filled the air and lingered on til late into the night as the the beautiful pair and their band entertained their guests as the incredible Evelyn Hart.

Theirs will forever be a wedding that will be impressed upon my heart.

Brendyn and Stacey - your wedding represented you both down to the tiniest detail; huge-hearted, well-loved, full of passion and emotion, merriment and sharing with all. It was an incredible affair.

I have no doubt you will make each other ridiculously happy and even moreso with every passing year.

With that said its only obvious that this will be a whopper of a post, so please enjoy Part One of Mr and Mrs Rossouw's Unforgettable Wedding Feast.

Kath & Chris have a love for chocolate, cupcakes, doughnuts and all things sweet, but spending the afternoon with them at Kirstenbosch was the real treat.

Between all the laughter and fun, the deep love they have for each other radiated and I can't wait for their wedding day on 23 November in Paternoster!!

You two are just so awesome together - thank you again for choosing me to capture your beautiful day!

And thank you yummy for doughnuts and cupcakes!!

What a wonderful way to end the season by shooting a beautiful wedding at Val de Vie!

I loved everything about this wedding and had such an awesome time shooting it, but due to a request for privacy from my client, I respectfully won't be sharing all the photos from the wedding day.
I'm a little sad as it truly was such a beautiful wedding, BUT I will however be sharing some of the loveliness of the decor from their reception - I've truly been dying to share the prettiness with you and it is finally here!

I'm sorry but I think I deserve SERIOUS brownie points for being a TOTAL Fort Knox!! :D

After the couple shoot I did with Larren & Ana late last year, Larren mailed me on the evening of 3 January to tell me he was putting together a photo book for Ana, which he planned to give to her on Saturday 2 February, when he would propose to her!!!!!

He wanted to use some of the photos from our shoot to put in the book but he wanted those photos to be kept secret from Ana until after the proposal - ITCH!! 

Larren of course chose some of my absolute faves and I've been DYING to share them ;)
